I enjoy teaching swimming because of seeing the excitement the parents and kids have after watching the progress they made. It is an incredible feeling.

Growing up my parents put my brother and me in swim lessons and on the swim team at a very young age, and some of my favorite childhood memories come from being around the water. I remember spending time at the family lake, going boating, and traveling to swim meets together. Looking back, swimming gave me so much more than just a skill—it gave me confidence, friendships, and memories I still cherish today. Because of the positive impact swimming has had on my life, it means a lot to me to teach others. I love being able to help children gain confidence in the water and hopefully create the same kinds of happy memories involving swimming.

I love teaching swimming because I like being able to teach kids how to learn a life saving skill. I also love seeing improvements with the kids.

There is nothing more rewarding than watching a child transform fear into absolute confidence as they discover the joy of the water. Knowing I've given them a life-saving skill that doubles as a lifetime of fun is exactly why I love stepping onto the pool deck every day.

I love seeing the great progress they make at all the ages and abilities. I love working outside even though the weather can get crazy.

I have recently earned my Bachelor's in Elementary Education! I love working for Mindy, and I love teaching the littles how to swim!
